Here is list of frequently asked Questions.
Feel free to contact us if you have any others.
Does our equipment come with load testing?

We do have an outside company that does our load testing, at your request, at an extra fee which comes with a certificate valid for 12 months.

How long will it take to collect our equipment?

No longer than 48 hours.

Are the loan units free of charge?

Yes, provided you have given us a decision within 2 weeks.

How long will it take to repair our equipment?

Once you have given us the go ahead from our quotation to proceed with the work, generally no more than 3 working days.

Do you supply spares if we wish to do our own repairs?

Absolutely, yes.  We carry spares i.e. seals, wheels, castors, handles etc for pallet trucks, stackers, trolleys and more.

Do you supply trolleys?

Yes, we do!  We can also customise trolleys to your requirements.

Do you sell new equipment?

Yes – new pallet trucks, stackers, ladders, trolleys etc.

What is the difference between a service and a repair?

A service is a basic check up on your equipment, i.e. check for leaks, clean wheels and re-grease.  A repair is to repair faults on equipment – for example, leaking pumps – new seals, bushes, new wheels, to mention but a few.

Do you hire equipment?

We hire pallet trucks either on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.  Contact us for further information.

Do you keep a full record of our maintenance on our equipment?

Do you offer purchases/trade-ins of our old equipment?

Yes, we trade in old equipment against purchase of new or reconditioned equipment.

How often should my equipment be serviced?

Generally, we recommend that pallet trucks and stackers are serviced at 6 monthly periods, where we can identify and inform you of small issues that may arise.  This helps to avoid having to repair equipment regularly.
